Who we are
ChargeSave is a platform operated by TJ Digital Consulting Services AB (Org.nr 559253-4589), which is the data controller for personal data processed through this website and the ChargeSave platform. Where a white-label partner runs their own branded comparison journey, that partner is the controller for their customers' data and TJ Digital Consulting Services AB acts as processor.
What we collect
To produce a comparison we need your postcode, fuel type, payment method and energy usage. If you request a switch we also collect your name, email address and optionally a phone number.
How we use it
Comparison inputs are used to price tariffs for your region and may be stored anonymously to improve our estimates. Contact details are used only to progress the switch you asked for.
Who we share it with
We share your details with the supplier you choose to switch to, so they can complete the transfer. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Marketing
We only send price alerts and energy tips if you opt in. Every message includes an unsubscribe link and you can withdraw consent at any time.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep the site working. Any analytics cookies are optional and are not used to identify you personally.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us and we'll respond within 30 days.
